Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I recently lost an item due to a bug and was told that the normal way of taking a screen shot of the item leaving would not be enough. it appears and I will have to have my character rolled back because I did not take the time to screen shot my item.

It saddens me that I have to do this. Until my toon can be rolled back I will have to shelve my alt. In order for the rest of you to not have to go through this I am informing you that if you have an item that you feel is a major part of your characters creation then PLEASE screen shot the item .

As a bit of clarification on this issue.

The rollback occurred instead of a replacement of the item as it was an item from the random item generator with a randomly created name. As such the DM team could not verify the properties on the item. As we have always done in the past with items that we cannot verify the properties of, we offered a rollback so that the item could be returned to the inventory.
