Inactive for about a year, returned & lvl30 chars gone...

Hey, havn't had the time for this game awhile, but I just logged in to check on my chars, although it seems both my lvl30 characters are gone, but the rest of my chars are still there. Seems odd? Thromgaard Ironfaar and my warlock.
Hopefully they can be easily restores as they were? Kinda sad if they are gone or if I will lose items, I spent quite awhile grinding and enjoying the chars, I wasn't exactly done with them, despite the inactivity.
