how do you set up a poll on the forum

I see them all the time. polls that allow people to vote, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how its done. So I ask the community. How does one set up a poll? Thanks in advance.

You can make polls in "Collective Issues, Suggestions, Bug Reports" (and possibly other subforums). Just click the New topic, and scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see the options.
Only the Staff and moderators can create polls in the other forums, as I recall.
