Epic Dodge question

Just to be sure: Epic Dodge works against ALL attacks (melee or ranged or touch), even those that are a requirement for a Spell?

For example, will Epic Dodge save against a successful ranged touch attack for a Polar Ray?

I'm fairly certain Epic Dodge works against ranged/melee touch attack spells, such as Polar Ray and a warlocks regular blasts.

Not tested it in like three years though, but I'm pretty sure. (not sure how helpful that is, hence I didn't post before now )

This is newly tested on the server:

Epic Dodge does nothing against RTA or MTA, even with a weapon equipped.

Evasion does nothing against RTA or MTA, even with a weapon equipped.

Deflect Arrows stops RTA and MTA if the caster has a weapon equipped, not otherwise.

Good to know. It would be rather OVERPOWERED if Epic Dodge would disable RTA/MTA spells.
