CHA-based builds

I was wondering what different types of cha-based builds there are, and then I'm not counting sorcerers.
How do you make viable charisma based characters?

A DC bard / shadow adept focused on illusion and enchantment spells could be pretty good i think... would be more of a PvP build though.

Great Smiter paladin.

Blaster warlock, though I think dex might as important for that. There's a few bard builds with dissonant chord that are semi-popular. You could also blackguard with bard, not necessarily aiming for EDM but an insane divine shield and saves, mainly for pvp.

Stormsinger caster bard with stormbolt.
EDM melees from MaA or more fun combinations, currently having a ball with bard/blackguard/stormsinger/palemaster.
Exorcist clerics (planar turning)
Testing warlock dipped spirit shaman atm, might go the same way with nonevil clerics.

Definition of a blaster lock is one that doesn't have a high charisma but relies on blast damage.

Cha lock (aka controller) with ICE & light shield. Dip blackguard or cleric. It helps to have a little Con toughness and steadfast determination.
Aside from a FS with EDM, this is prolly one of the easier builds to play. I advise taking the undead spell, eldritch master and epic gate with Cha bonuses with drow or aasimar.

Many good suggestions already.
Wis 16+3, CHA-based Spirit Shaman caster is still missing.
Not as strong as a Sorcerer (but that's hard...), but definitely a good character, often vastly underestimated.
Personally speaking, Aelcar is a CHA 28 (36 buffed) pure Paladin, and as Thids suggested, this type of build works fairly well.

Shouldn't ALL PCs be
CHA-based....you know what I mean?

It's a stat on the Sheet, something to be RP'd!
Oh, wait...you mean like CHA-high, all-powers-stemming from "force of personality, persuasiveness, personal magnetism, ability to lead, and physical attractiveness.." What a challenge, yes?
A melee Feinter can benefit from CHA. Pair that up with Guild Thief and you also have a highly Social Skill skilled character. EDM Bard, which was hinted at above. Especially wicked with Blackguard in the mix.
And the ever-popular Ghost Face Killer! We can't forget that rager of a PrC.

Any and all sorcerers.
Bards of various splits.
Controller warlocks.
Turner clerics.
Great Smite paladins.
Then, if you're willing to go a bit less charisma, though still at least a little bit, you have a whole range of EDM builds (minimum 21 cha), for instance.

Thanks everybody for your examples! Those are great!
Does anyone have an example of a CHA paladin build?

Not the most powerful build in the world and not full charisma based but bonus points for using morning Lord and hospitaler prestige classes? Maybe? :p
Obviously benefit here is lots of uses of edm. Note you could flip str and cha to end up with 24 charisma. Cool concept for rp. I play this on rare occasions though he is only level 5 or 6. He runs around with his brother, a charisma based cleric focused on turning/planar turning.
