Turn Undead can be dispelled?

Unread post by Charraj »

Another character used Turn Undead and paralyzed a skeleton mage in the Fields of the Dead.

Charraj used Pilfer Magic and accidentally dispelled the paralysis effect of Turn Undead (he was trying to dispel Mirror Image).

While I would love to RP that Charraj can use his wily Arcane Trickster magic to trump the will of Lathander, that is probably not how it is supposed to work.

Just letting staff know; I know there's already a backlog of bugs to deal with.

Welp. We don't play this game for its mechanical perfection, anyways. :P

On the upside, it means that Charraj is now an enemy of the church and will be hunted with extreme prejudice for interfering with the will of Lathander!

On topic, Turn Undead could need some looking into though, it seems to only work 50% of the time on the summoned vampires in Gullykin crypt, even though the combat log says it was successful, which can prove a nasty surprise. And if you lose Line of Sight with a turned creature it can move again - seen it at least twice

Welcome to the family Charraj!
This twisted culture got you feeding from its hand
But you will lose that food if you don't meet all their demands
And loyal is the soldier that gets slaughtered with the lambs
Examining the blueprints got you questioning the plans
