Getting surgery tomorrow early, not sure how I will feel afterwards. I'm having a REEALLY bad feeling about it so I'm super nervous, so if I'm missing a few days I apologize in advance!

Shouldn't be kept overnight, but gonna be stuck in a bed for 2 weeks! Means as long as the drugs aren't knocking me out I'll be around, once I get over the general crap of it

I feel you pain right now. Not of the pain but the nerves - I had a baby and a car crash and I still think the pressure of study is much more painful Good luck! Be Strong and ..... make people do shit for you!

Surgery 1/2 complete. It went amazingly well, other than some PTSD from war after I woke up. Got held down and sedated, banged my leg around trying to fight everyone to get up lol, so they gave me some meds that were a step up for Morphine. They then told me that I would be out of it for a few days, and I'm already (I'm very stubborn) on my feet/and crutch. So yeah, I will not be away for these days to follow. Thank god for high pain thresholds and drugs!

P.S., the support of the only real community I have outside of my work helps a lot! It meant a lot to me, to be reminded that we are all a community on this server with the same goal! Thank you guys, it helped me tons to know that.
