Omar can be seen of late, wandering around the docks district. He give various merchants and importers coin, purchasing large quantities of various supplies, such as tents, candles, oil, coal, and others. He would coordinate an effort, loading the supplies up into crates and barrels in the East District and putting them up under guarded tarps.

Marcel, of the Ebon Blade Mercenaries, might be spotted working alongside Omar.
He would visit several Baldurian grocers, butchers, farmers, cheesemakers and brewers.
The Sergeant returns to the area where Omar had been storing his goods, with many barrels and crates of his own to add, hoisted merrily along by very well-paid Harbor-folk.
The tarped shipment is growing quite large, and Ebon Blade guards are on watch day and night.

Any in the vicinity might overhear Marcel mention hiring the Sword Coast Commercial Exchange to transport the goods.. though he does not mention the destination.

He then heads to the Exchange building...

*Greil Nightgale Captain of the Ebon Blade can be also be seen with the two men helping direct the men seem to be carrying crates of assorted ammunition and medical supplies one might say around 7 trade bars worth of goods in just the shear volume of supplies. Previously Greil could be seen talking to may merchants about buying massive amounts of Ammunition and medical supplies*

*As the battle grows closer and he has yet to hear back from the possible Caravan provider. The Fearless Captain of the Ebon Blade Greil Nightgale can be seen outside by the caravan stop just outside the gate speaking to the Caravans coming back and forth as he continues to look for someone brave enough to provide his men with three Wagons for the supplies they wish to bring to the Old Flaming Fist Fort for the upcoming battle Offering twenty thousand coin to any would would be willing to make the trek*
