Does anyone know if the characters have been backed up or saved recently, or is it still the same from last month?

my guess, is that TheCowSaysQuack might have logged into the server with a different user account or misspelled their login name and didn't see their characters
or maybe created two PCs by the same name, without deleting or RCRing the old one first
