A stall is setup at the FAI with various weapons on display. The merchant, Noel, advertises the equipment and says that will entertain offers for other items.

Noel updates his inventory after a couple of trades that have taken place

A fire genasi in scale armor with red leathers peruses the wares a moment. He searches inside his backpack and pulls out a odd heavy book.
"Ah I forgot, but I have some items in my vault at Mudd's which you would appreciate. I'll be back shortly."
Half an hour later, coming back from the house nearby Mudd, the fire genasi brings a large bag to Noel.
