Spell Blade bugs

I had an odd time with the Flame Blade spell of my spirit shaman. I think it only showed up recently, and while grinding I discovered that :
- the spell doesn't work on other PCs
- it doesn't wear off when resting
- it's damage is multiplied on critical hit
- sometimes, it gives me something like very fast movement (so, many minutes as the duration of the spell)
I'm not 100% sure about these points above, as for conditions, it's just I could see some bugs about the spell.
