Grand Opening Sale!!
A stout man wearing black and gold enameled plate sets up a stall near the Friendly Arm Inn. Laid out before him are a wide variety of quality arms, armor, and trinkets. He announces the beginning of the sale and invites all to trade and bid on his wares.

Vaelor respond "For 75 bags I'd expect to buy it outright. The blade has no fire or acid damage, it is not made of silver, and has no vampiric regeneration..."
