A woman in red can be seen setting up lengthy notes around the merchant stalls of Friendly Arms Inn, when inspected they read as follows:
I have an interest in magical items aiding in bardic practition. If you happen to be in possession of such items I'm willing to trade or pay in in gold in order to acquire them. I'll be waiting inside the high gates of Friendly Arms Inn.
