Background: Gaerdred was only 8 when it happened. He had crawled under the bed, as he was powerless to do anything else. He watched his parents die, horribly at the hands of a demonic being. A creature with green eyes and a cruel sadistic joy, which tore apart the bodies of the unsuspecting parents, while everything else became a blur to him... The child would only come to his senses much later, and he would grow in the orphanage of Baldur's Gate. He would grow up to be a terrified, feeble, dull man if it wasn't for his Calling. He knew what he had to do, somehow. He knew he had to talk into the temple of Torm, embrace his light, his courage. And, after his pilgrimage all over the Sword Coast, he knew an oath was waiting for him to take up...
Goals: Gaerdred has vowed to himself and Torm to be the best he can be for this world. He wants no other people to suffer any dark fate like he did in his past. And he wants to bring justice and honour into it. To help the innocents, and to punish those deserving of divine wrath, no matter the cost.
