Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Got a new PC. Loaded the game up off my disks. Now need to find out how to update the game since there are no more auto updates.

Does anybody know how to do this? I found a website with all the update links but I am not too sure how to do it. There were several updates if I read the list right.

I am not very savvy at this stuff, so please keep it on a basic level.
