Ok so I have a character that would not attack someone. I ended up in pvp and this character jumped into it to which my character auto attacked them. Does this count? My character icly wouldn't have however I was not expecting it so the autoattack immediatly swung at them. I immediately typed *Would not have done that!* however this RP was ignored so now I wonder what happened icly.

If all parties agree and the PvP did not happen in front of NPCs, particularly guards or any NPC that would have interfered, then you can retcon that auto-attack.
I should add, if there is a discrepancy that cannot be resolved and you wish to push this further, please send screen shots to the DM team and we will mediate the situation.

You could, if your character is never going to attack anyways, just constantly keep parry mode on.

What Deathgrowl said, parry mode is the way to go to avoid making any attacks ever.
ICly, to avoid retcon and drama issues, you can just have it that your character didn't mean to attack, but you reflexively struck or something when they were near. If you're so committed to non-violence IC, then use it as an opportunity for character development.

My character was killing a monstrous summon on a road to protect what he perceived as a threat to travelers. Naturally the PC's that had summoned the creature stepped in to defend it. After my character had killed it one of them were hit before I could react or activate parry. I don't think it was an issue, afterwards my character healed the one that had fallen but again they had RPed it as they were hit and I RPed it as that being something my character would not do. This was more of a curious inquiry to be honest.

Summons can't be used to circumvent pvp rules. You were in the right to destroy something you thought were monstrous, and the ensuing tiff with the PC would still need consent from both parties. Your swing should be able to be retconned, or played as an accident like Rhifox says, though you seeming uncomfortable with that I would suggest the prior. Screenshots to staff should help them settle it for you if it's a continued discomfort

"Summons can be attacked on sight, but normal PvP rules must be followed for the summoner (the player). The owner of the summons must also follow normal PvP rules in order to attack the killer of his or her summons. (Summons include any creature that can be summoned through a spell or an ability, and that is not a Familiar or an Animal Companion: These include angels, devils, elementals, and undead, among others.)"
