Server files

Having computer issues and I want to do a fresh install of the server files. I.E. the ones that are downloaded when you log in to BG. But for the life of me I cant figure out where they are stored! I run the game through steam and do not use client extension. I have tried uninstalling through steam and by going in to my programs steamapps/common ect. ect. and uninstalling that way, but when I log in to BG I still have the files stored, Somewhere.... Anyone know where these files are hiding at? they must have hips cause I have looked every where!

The change is due to UAC implementation in Windows.
