Faerzness interferes with divination and teleportation magic. Question is, does it interfere only when the magic reach said faerzness, or does it radiate inward, in caves?

To ask using different words : If a wizard attempts to teleport, can he teleport from one side of a cave to another without problems, with said problem appearing only if he attempts to teleport through a faerzness radiated cave wall, or do teleports within the same cave done at an increased difficulty?

Faerzness is only an issue if your current location or the destination are irradiated.
