Do you guys think Ed Greenwood or Chris Avellone or whatever play NWN 1 or 2 once in a while?

Not than I am a big fan of 5th edition but Chris Perkins is a pretty darn great dm. The games with Will Weaton were the best! Spoiler alert this is the most resent.

I was sorry to learn all the background drama in AI led to Wil quitting. He is on record as saying he believes Scott Kurtz is one of the worst humans ever. They all seem to have had some falling outs.

I think Critical Role is better, it's just so much fun.

Ah back to the days of thac"0" and ac going down instead of up. Writers that made the gods and was right hand man of Gary Gygax the creator of D&D as well of the classes. In fact the same voice of Optimus Prime is the same as Venger the dungeon Master's son in the cartoon. Those were the good old days. D&D cartoon before Pee-Wee's playhouse on CBS back when there was Saturday mourning cartoons and MTV was music television and not a bunch of reality crap shows.
Call shots was determine by luck and the dm. I miss some of the good old days. Greenwood also made a set of stats for the monk class that made sense. Also the psionics were like trying to learn physics, and they were very tricky. Also some spells were like seven hour long casting times.
Who remembers the turasque? EAT SLEEP DESTROY the dm's world ender.

Wow, that stuff happens in NWN all the time too!
