Should cast Monstrous Regen once per day. It does not.

I know many extremely powerful items such as this were nerfed. There is a good chance it was removed to maintain relative balance.

I think a replacement was put in place which casts "Cure Critcial Wounds (15)", a dm may be able to swap you over to the new belt
