Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

So I'm trying to build a Dwarven tank character. I'm thinking some Fighter levels, Man-at-Arms, and Dwarven Defender. Does this seem like a good combo? Any advice on skills to take?

My goal in mind is more defensive and crowd control than offensive, so I can aid teammates and keep them from dying.
