Ranged Touch Attack

Not sure what happened with latest patch, but now it is impossible to hit mobs with ranged touch attack spells... even low lvl mobs...

please review the relevant posts. Doing a search for RTA will avoid multiple topics. That said this should be addressed when Duster puts in the update Ras sent to him with all the missing scripts from the recent update and then RTA's should correctly calculate attack vs. AC (without armor, natural armor, etc.)
