Unexplained updates

I saw two things in the updates for which I couldn't find much information, so I thought I'd ask here.
Escape Artist (Skills)
Master Spy (PRC)
Couldn't find much info on these. What do they do?

It's like bills in the U.S. Senate, you have to pass the bill before you can read the bill! LAWL! (Also I hate politicians)

Escape artist is still being discussed as to its effect. The name gives some of it away, roleplaying out of ropes, and mechanically finding your way out of vine mine and such.
Mastery spy is a PRC that is focused on the disguise skill. It makes disguise much easier and not too much else
