Every caster can be a crafter?

Doesn't seem right.
They should have to take some feats, at least two or three.

Crafter's should be sought after characters. Not just some finger wiggler who can't cast persistent spells, except when he can cast everlasting spells on items.

yea thats one issue that came up already with QC that hopefully gets changed to require the associated feats

It alrwady requires the feats. Without them the enchantment DC is impossible.
