Topic, I have not played this game for a long time, but disarm was completely broken/overpowered back when I played it.
Just wonder whats disarm like in this game, does it have a CD? does the weapon drop to the ground? how does improved disarm work?

Re: How does disarm work in this server
I have a fighter with the Improved Disarm feat and it is mostly only usable in PvP (far, far too many enemies are immune/flagged non-disarmable).
On a monster that can be disarmed, their main hand weapon is instantly destroyed. If they were dual wielding, their offhand weapon becomes their new mainhand weapon (and can be likewise destroyed on another successful disarm attempt). Other monsters may equip a secondary weapon if they have one (ie. Orcs in Sharpteeth that have both falchions and longbows).
For PvP, a disarmed character has their weapon returned to their inventory (unless their inventory is full, in which case it will drop on the ground!). Improved Disarm used with an unarmed strike does not let you take your opponent's weapon.
The feat itself has no cooldown and can be used as many times per round as you have attacks. Disarm attempts, whether successful or not, deal no damage. The only difference, effectively, between Disarm and Improved Disarm is that Improved Disarm lets you ignore Attacks of Opportunity for using it.
It is only useful if you expect to PvP melee characters a lot. In PvE the feat is borderline useless (most mobs are immune).
