New to the server, going for dual-wielder, please advise

This is the build I am going for. My main concern is that since this build compensate hit-damage with hits/round. Dmg reduction would really screw it up.
Are there many mobs/bosses with high damage reduction in this game?

DR is fairly common (everywhere)... I suggest dropping dervish for tempest 5 and raising monk to 11. Still not going to be great at damage, but you'll do ok with hips and death attack except in areas with crit immunity. Other potion is to go rogue 10/Assassin 9/monk 11 so you can get epic precision with 10d6 sneak damage, 5d6 vs crit immune.

You get the whole 5d6 vs crit immune, with epic precision.

That's right, forgot about that bug... So with epic precision you get 2d6 sa + 5d6 da...even more reason to go with the rogue.

If it is your first char. - you probably want a stronger one to carry all the loot - good gear is expensive.

for rog10/ass9/mnk11 would the AB be too low to hit anything?

Made another build

This one has much higher dmg and AB, but sacrifice the death attacks and assassin spells.
This one is also much easier to RP in my opinion. Evil characters are just hard in PG13, PvP consent, guards invincible, no body looting servers.
PS:The Link should work now

You are in for some pain. With dual wielders you not only need one epic weapon... but two. See you in a couple of years.
On a more serious note. Anything with DR ( and there are many on BG ) will cripple the effectiveness of your build. Unless the character concept dictates for a dual wielder, try a two hander with FB instead of Tempest. DEX17 for mith breastplate the change on STR.
Hoping to find two epic weapons AND stealth gear... 3-4years maybe.
