The removal of scribe scroll is unexpected to say the least. Here was my confusing attempt.
Edit: What's the reasoning behind this mechanic?
Bear in mind that many people RCR'd to get some of the new spells (since I assume they won't be on scrolls any time soon) which means that there's a severe lack of spells in spellbooks. Adding in this mechanic, although hopefully short term, could set some folks back not only in gold but also in time (which is the true gamer's commodity).

Enchanted Blade, the level 2 wiz/sorc spell, now gives me a req. level 61 sword.

Summon Creature VI still giving 30 hp earth elemental. Have not tested other variations of the spell.
Programmed Image works, but you can not dismiss it. Also, it's duration appears to be permanent. I logged off, came back 4 hours later, and the programmed image was still there, and started following me around again, although it was not in my party, and could not follow me beyond the transition.
This is great, except that it could create massive lag, I would guess.

Sacrid Fist Class now locked off
I have just re-created one of my characters; who had levels in sacrid fist which requires a lore check of 8 to unlock; however with the new lore system in place it seems to have permanently removed this class, as non of the lore options listed will unlock it.
Language menu broken
The foreigner feat is broken; some of the languages do not appear i.e. Underdark uncommon - while on other toons (same race etc...) with different names it does!
Some languages broken
Some languages now show the text l^i^k^e t^h^i^s, I am not sure if you guys are aware of it but I thought i'd point it out.
The new disguise system
Is freaking awesome, however it makes tells a nightmare; I do not know if this is fixed but replying back to the 'disguised' names IC or in OOC does not work - and the system informs me that person is not real, If I do not know who it is this can be a real pain and lead to a huge array of issues or misunderstandings.
Human character head(s) model(s) broken
One of the head models is bugged, his eyes do not close correctly; one of which I am sure is male.
From my own brief experience, this language issue is mainly with PCs who existed prior to the 4Mar2016 updates. New PCs do not have this problem.

Silence is still not functioning properly. It is still possible to cast in a silent area, and use/activate new songs and inspirations. One new feature i DO like is that going into and out of a silent area currently does not deactivate your current inspiration, just removes the benefits, which come back as soon as you leave the area. However, this happens whether you are immune to silence (via Joyful Noise) or not. Joyful Noise worked before this update, so it seems like we are bouncing between different levels of functionality and still have a bit to go before we get 100% on silence.
Nixie's Grace is now giving he correct stat boosts, but the duration is still not one minute per caster level, as it should be. It is still too short.

Additionally: language selections seem tied to character name rather than individual character ID. RCRing a character with the same name will not let you choose the languages you chose the first time you chose languages on a character with that name.
Example: On Tarina on one RCR I picked Ignan; the next time I RCR'ed I didn't have Ignan available. On a new character I am making I picked Thayan, Mulhorandi, Gnoll on one RCR and now none of those three are available on a new RCR.

I had this problem on Aeric as well. I RCR'd to get the new spells. I didn't take any languages as I leveled and was going to wait until the last level to take languages or just wait for a fix. After doing a bit of leveling, I logged, came back on and I was able to choose the languages I had before the RCR. I don't know if it was time, logging (it may have been a couple times), or what.

Might be based on server reset.

I think something bonked up the Archmage granting feat. I did not receive it after logging off and on, although I meet the requirements: Able to cast 7th level spells (tried taking it on my 15th level), Lore: Arcana 17/Spellcraft 17, Spell Focus: Illusion and Spell Focus: Transmuation and Empower Spell (though it changed to Improved after I took ASoC).
Also, for some reason the spell "Lesser Deflection" is showing up under my 'Feats' list
But: Study Spell is AMAZING, I like the challenge (in the form of checks) and potential failure. Very realistic, well done!

So far frost giant keys are still sticking to inventory. Not able to drop them.
Invisibility and true seeing working correctly now.
Epic mass heal seems to be working as well.

I summoned a fiendish snake with the wizard spell summon monster III. Then i cast abberant claw on it. My comrade and I were instantly kicked from server the moment the spell was cast and arent able to log in with both our chars. Other chars are fine with log in.

Trying to objectively test the ranged cover system as best I can. What do "lines" refer to exactly? Is it how many objects currently obstructing you or is it object size related also?
