Unable to Scribe scrolls to spellbook?

I just spent a ton of cash on scrolls from the shop, but I'm unable to scribe them into my spellbook.. Is this an ongoing issue?

Go to your Feats tab and use the Study Spell feat (select it and click the scroll, then cast the scroll). That's how you scribe from scrolls now (you can also use it to scribe from potions, wands, and items with spell uses).
