Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I made a new Tanarukk today. The first level was Rogue. I have two issues.

1. The only language he was born with was Cant. Neither Orc or Abyssal were given. Could a DM give those to me, please?

2. There is no "Lore" skill in his character sheet. There are several different "Lore:xx" items, however. Will those items count toward skill prerequisites?

Lore: Dungeoneering does not count as Lore in regards to the Warrior of Darkness prerequisite. As you can see, the Lore skill is not in my character sheet.
