Silverstar of Selune question

Hello there,

So I was reading through the different features SoS gets and I came across this and it sort of.. confused me as to what weapon it was exactly talking about. Is it referring the the weapon (mace) or any mace like weapon such as a morning star? The reason I ask this is because the domain (Selune) grants the morning star weapon proficiency and I would find it odd if it did not apply to that weapon.
Moon's Hand
Type of Feat: Class
Prerequisites: Silverstar 3
Specifics: Any mace wielded by a level three silverstar is treated as if it were a +1 heavy shock mace. It loses these abilities if it leaves the hand of the silverstar. At sixth level the weapon is treated as a +2 shock heavy mace. These abilities do not replace or stack with already existing enchantments. on reaching level nine a Silverstar using her moon's hand ability treats her weapon as if it were a +2 shocking burst weapon.
Use: Automatic
Another few question I have about the ability is what do all the different properties that apply do? What exactly are the properties heavy, shock mace and shocking burst, and what do they do?

Any clarification on this would be most welcome.

Morning Star is a martial weapon which clerics do not gain access to and Selune doesn't have the 'war domain' so my guess is it only applies to the Mace. nothing in the Silverstar description grants Martial Weapons (in NWN2 you cannot grant a specific weapon prof. you either get all martial weapons or you don't).

In regards to heavy shock vs. shocking burst I am not sure, but my guess is this is probably copy/pasted from some source book. We should probably update it, my guess is that the first one grants 1 dmg bonus, the second perhaps grants 2 and the third perhaps 1-4 (but this is only a guess, would need to test in game to see actual bonus applied).

The actual domain however that you select at character creation grants this weapon proficiency (Selune) which was the main reason I brought it up. After some googling and searchin the forums, I have found that from an ex developer?

After looking through the stormlord I think I have found my answer about the weapon, however I have still found nothing on the heavy property. I am just going to go out on a limb and say it probably does not exist here.
Shock Weapon
At the 2nd level, a Stormlord may add 1d8 Electricity damage to their weapon for 20 rounds (if they are wielding a Stormlord weapon: Spear, Throwing Axe, Dart, or Shuriken).
Shocking Burst Weapon
At the 5th level, Shock Weapon adds 1d8 Electrical plus an extra 2d8 on critical hits for 20 rounds.

It does apply to morningstar, mace and warmace.
