As my Character Mookie, I messed up PvP rules of engagement/re-engagement. I publicly apologize, it had been about 3 years since I engaged in such a thing and forgot about the 24 hour rule and didn't apparently follow the RP in the manner apparently everyone else around me did. Think we are all cool but if not, here it is (the apology, not a board war throw down).
