Sembian Fencing

At this point I'm pretty sure I'm not getting the AB bonus when this feat is activated.
The feat says that while activated I will get +2AB for every attack lost. I'm currently losing 1 attack but my AB stays exactly the same in both the character sheet and the combat log. My normal Attack Bonus is +23, with this feat activated it should be +25, but it stays +23.
I get the 'Attack Raised' icon next to my portrait and in the character sheet, but no bonus actually activates.
Edit: Also it seems to be reducing me to ONE attack per round. I have three attacks normally, with this feat activated I should be reduced to two. I am instead reduced to a single attack per round.
