Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Can someone give me a better understanding on this PRC? There are a number of feats listed in the level up screen and appear after level 3... do you get to choose one of them, do they get all of them - is it really at level 3 or do you get them at 5? Is the benefit just the ac or are they dual-wielding specialists?

You get the feats early on, but the bonuses improve as you gain more Breach Gnome levels.
That's what I think you want to know.

It used to require activating the Seal the Breach feat, but I *think* it now activates on its own.

Yeah, I got my level 3 Breach Gnome today, looking forward to using an off-hand weapon, but I didn't get the feats :/ before I continue with the plan I had, I thought to check in if I even understand the class benefits correctly. There are only 2 more levels, it max's out at level 5... If I should have gained the feats now, do you think I might be bugged?
