Divine Spellpower Bug

Moved from the "1APR2016 UPDATE BUG THREAD" as it is no longer being used.
Divine Spellpower does not work with Spirit Shamans (As the feat reads, it should work with all divine spellcasting).
I tested on a spirit shaman/cleric and a spirit shaman/blackguard, both do not work. It works with cleric spellcasting, I have not tested with druid or favored soul spellcasting as of now.
