get message bg.S1.tlk downloaded succesfully but cannot be extracted.

What should i do?

Closing NWN2 and then re-starting worked for me. Maybe re-boot the PC?

i restarted the computer after that it downloads it all for me

Didn't wotk using extended client and join online game, did work after direct connect.
