What does the Hierophant ability Gift of the Deity do?

Gift of the Deity
Type of Feat: Class Ability
Prerequisites: Hierophant 9
Specifics: Your visage of the deity line of spells are now automatically empowered by your deity.
Use: Automatic

Drawing upon the powers of her deity, the cleric imbues herself with divine gifts. In addition to gaining a +1 natural armor bonus, Damage Resistance 10/magic, and Spell Resistance 25, the cleric also gains the following benefits based on her alignment.

If Good:

Resistance 10 to acid, cold, and electricity.
Immunity to disease.
+4 to saving throws vs. poison.
+2 to Dexterity and Intelligence.
+4 to Strength, Constitution, Wisdom, and Charisma.
A blue aura.

If Neutral (with respect to Good and Evil):

Resistance 15 to acid and electricity.
+4 to Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.
A green aura.

If Evil:

Resistance 10 to acid, cold, electricity, and fire.
Immunity to poison.
+2 to Constitution, Charisma, and Wisdom.
+4 to Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence.
A red aura.

Will it simply multiply every numberical value by 1.5? So for example a good cleric will get:

Resistance 15 to acid, cold, and electricity.
Immunity to disease.
+6 to saving throws vs. poison.
+3 to Dexterity and Intelligence.
+6 to Strength, Constitution, Wisdom, and Charisma.
A blue aura.

If it means empower like the metamagic, that only works on dices, not on static numbers.

That's what I thought but the Visage line doesn't use dice in their numerical bonuses, do they?

From a quick look at JEGs, it does exactly what you described.

I believe +4 ability becomes +6, but I'm not sure how the calculations are done for like 15/- fire resistance. It should be 22, but I'm not sure if it is. Only tested this briefly so my memory is foggy.

I remember Spell Resistance becoming 37 (from 25).

To call it "empowered" in the description is incorrect, I think. Basically, everything is multiplied by 1.5, which empowered doesn't do.
