Lesser Orb of Cold and Piercing Cold

Lesser Orb of Cold does not trigger with Frost Mage's piercing cold. Tested with cold immunity, as well as various undead mobs.

On a frost mage bug related note, restoration seems to make you lose the vulnerability to fire and the immunity to cold.
