Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I was wondering why I could not learn any of the recently bought spells. I have a mage (wizard) lvl 7 that can cast
level 4 spells but still I can't even learn a lvl 2 spell like bears endurance bought in Baldurs Gate.

Did I miss anything ?

Are you using the Study Spell ability? Look in your feats, drag it to your toolbar, click it and then select the scroll you want to learn from, then cast the scroll.
