Man that looks good. Funny thing was that as a kid I thought sushi was the most disgusting thing on the planet (raw fish ewwww).

Sushi is an incredibly dangerous food to eat. Make one mistake in its storage or preparation and you are dead. Eating anything raw other then plant matter is asking for food poisoning and a slow and painful death. Don't do it...

imitation crab meat is indeed good. Weird looking but good. Don't care much for the red parts, I prefer the white.

Just don't watch a documentary on what crab-flavoured meat actually is. I no longer eat it for that very reason

Sushi is awesome. And fun to make! Best with salmon.
And I'm norwegian, so I have excellent quality salmon.

There's 99999 kind of sushi, but it all tastes the same! D:
A friend of mine once told me 'Yeah but you can have sushi with chicken instead, you basically put what you want!" ....I told him "Well then I wouldn't call it a sushi, but... Chicken and rice."

I can totally relate to this, as it was actually one of my goals in life too haha.CommanderKrieg wrote:I've always wanted to learn to make Sushi so here it is!
I made my first sushi a few years ago and I recall it was a pretty proud feeling.
