Is this ranger build awful, or playable?

I'm not looking for a godmode build. It's mostly for RP; I have half of a backstory worked out for this character. But is he playable? He's intended to wear +3, +4, or +5 Leather and dual-wield scimitars.

If he's useless in a fight, tell me what you'd suggest I change, please.

You can do without dodge, instead take protective ward which adds +1 ac (without conditions), and this improves to +2 ac at ranger level 24.
You don't need blindfight, rangers get it from a level 1 buff.
Since you are going pure ranger, I highly recommend natural bond instead of mobility, and exchanging one of your epic feats for epic animal companion, which will improve your animal companion, which is quite handy, really.
I also highly recommend expose weakness as an epic feat, since you are going two weapon fighting and high dex. Is scimitar a finesseable weapon? You may want to double check that but I do not believe it is, may want for short swords or hand axes instead (theres a pretty neat looking woodsmanish handaxe model ingame).

Thanks; I thought scimitar was finessable. I'll switch it to Handeaxes and swap out some feats.

Sorry for the double-post.
Protective Ward seems to be given automatically, as I look over the extra class feats. If it is not that way on the server, I'll just take Protective Ward instead of Dodge and use Dodge as a placeholder.

Ranger on NWN2db gives Protective Ward, Natural Bond, and Epic Animal Companion automatically. This is not the case on BG. On BG you have to take all those with your normal feats.

Alright, I just made a note of what feats are placeholders.

If you really keen on the scimitars try going Str based ranger and taking the Oversized two weapon feat.

I already swapped it out for handaxes, actually.

I switched out Perfect Two-Weapon for Expose Weakness, because DB lists it as a feat the ranger gets automatically anyways.
The Ranger gets Perfect Two-Weapon automatically on BGTSCC, right?

Yes, with 21 levels.

Alright! So the build is good.
At 12th level, with the Blades of Fire spell and a few AC+ items, it is a freaking GOD.
As in, tank Sharpteeth with only a Barkskin, a Blades of Fire, and healing kits good.

Does swapping Skill Focus Hide and Stealthy for Power Attack and Improved Power Attack help? Also, removed Epic Animal Companion, as Expose Weakness is more important.
