Background: Born to a couple farmers in the Neverwinter area, Erebos was often neglected. His parents, steeped in poverty, believed him to be the cause of their financial trouble. He tended to wander Neverwinter Woods more than he stayed home, climbing trees, speaking to travellers, and exploring.
As he grew into a young man, Erebos met a ranger out in the woods. Aivor Ti'faul'in, an elven ranger of Mielikki, taught him the ways of the wild, and helped him to tame Monnin, his panther companion. However, the life Erebos had ended abruptly; Aivor, while wandering the woods, encountered a powerful fiend. As he defeated it and fled to the city, near death, he was caught and accused of consorting with fiends. As he was hanged, Erebos watched, tears in his eyes. He fled Neverwinter, wandering to Luskan, where he found new friends. A sorceror, a warrior, and a priest of Tymora joined him in enterring the Illusk ruins often, until one day the sorceror betrayed them. Blasting them all, striking the warrior and priest dead and almost killing Erebos, he took their gold and ran. And so again, his life was ruined, this time at the hands of Neval Lefin the human sorceror.

After a few years of wandering, he settled down in Baldur's Gate...
Goals: To avenge his friends. To find out who summoned the demon that got Aivor killed.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: The sorceror is still alive. Erebos has trust issues.
