A(not so) different, yet (a bit) dumber kind of favored soul

So I've been working on this favored soul character. I started from the bio/concept and let the mechanics for later - it seemed nice RP-wise, but mechanically? I got no clue.
I'm horrible at building, however, and this one might prove itself a challenge due to its race: it's a tiefling.
My initial build: FS 17/Rogue 3/AK 10, but since I've never played a FS before I have no idea how playable this can be. I figured rogue is a nice dip since it will grant me Evasion and that good ol' skillset (it's also its favored class). AK, well, was chosen for its heavy armor proficiency and obvious combat-oriented goodies.
In terms of feats, I went with Able Learner, Extend Spell, Iron Will, Knockdown/Imp. Knockdown, Heavy Armor Optimization/Greater, Greater Resiliency, Indomitable Soul, Practiced Spellcaster, Great Strength (+3) and Expose Weakness.
Thoughts on those?
The stats are:
STR 15
DEX 10
CON 14
INT 13
WIS 10
CHA 16
Planning on taking CHA up to 19 and boost STR with what's left (plus epic feats)

Generally speaking, as a favored soul, you want epic divine might (and divine shield, if possible). You also want your caster level as high as possible (dispels and CL have been fixed, 23 CLs will be dispelled easily). Not to mention, with 17 FvS levels, you won't have all your spells (or level 9 spells, for that matter).
Some classics, are:
Favored Soul 24/Blackguard 3/Rogue 3
Favored Soul 23/Paladin 4/Rogue 3
Favored Soul 27/Cleric (water domain) 3
Favored Soul 24/Cleric 3/Rogue 3
Favored Soul 27/Blackguard 3
Favored Soul 26/Paladin 4
NOTE: Paladin/Blackguard levels can be increased by 1 for the purposes of divine shield
You generally try to make 21 STR and 21 CHA (22 is possible, with aasimar. More, even (but at that point, I prefer to fuel other stats).
Skills (You don't need all of these, these are just the mechanically handy ones to have):
Concentration
Spellcraft (Can be set from 5-30, increases saves vs spells by +1 per 5 points)
Tumble (10, or 30 if rogue is in the build)
Escape Artist (If rogue is present)
Hide 5 (If blackguard is present, requirement for blackguard)
Search (Requirement for Mirror Walking, rogue enables it as a class skill)
Spot/Listen (If rogue is present)
Feats: (Remember: Divine Might and Divine Shield MUST be taken on a cleric/blackguard/paladin level (I.E. the feat-giving level must be 1+ cleric, 3+ blackguard, or 4+ paladin) and require turn undead. Thusly, to take it and EDM with blackguard or paladin, you need 4 blackguard or 5 paladin)
Essential: Extend Spell, Power Attack, Cleave (For Blackguard), Able Learner (Asset if rogue is present), Divine Might, Divine Shield (asset if cleric is present, or if you want to take 5 paladin/4 blackguard), blindfight, expose weakness (if evasion is present. Granted from water domain via cleric or from rogue level 2. Requires epic prowess and evasion), epic divine might (requires 21 STR and 21 CHA).
Side: Quicken Spell, if doable.
Spells:
0---Doesn't Matter, other than Mark Rune
1st---Bless, Shield of Faith, Protection from Alignment, Divine Favor, Comprehend Languages, X
2nd---Animalistic Power (not needed if you can use a +2 dex item or have 12 dex), Bull's Strength (if you have a +3 STR item and odd STR, you can make this "X"), Bear's Endurance, Eagle's Splendor (if you have a +3 CHA item and odd CHA, you can make this "X"), Silence, X
3rd---Blind Sight, Prayer, Magic Vestment, Mass Aid, Weapon of Impact (not needed if you use piercing/slashing weapons), X
4th---Divine Power, Death Ward, Greater Magic Weapon, Freedom of Movement, Recitation, Sending (Or Revenance)
5th---Battletide, Lesser Spell Mantle, True Seeing, Spell Resistance, Righteous Might, Mirror Walking
6th---Energy Immunity, Stone Body, Superior Resistance, Heal, Harm, Blade Barrier (Or Greater Dispel)
7th---Blood to Water (Or Righteous Smite), Ethereal Jaunt, Spellmantle, Resurrection, Regenerate, Greater Restoration
8th---Dimensional Lock, Greater Reflect Pain, Create Greater Undead (X if Undead are not liked), Aura Against Alignment, Summon Creature VII
9th---Energy Drain, Storm of Vengeance, Mass Heal, Gate

Here is something I whipped up. Its a pretty tight build, but it'll be quite effective. Its lower health can be mitigated with bear's endurance and a ring with toughness on it (sold at merchants for 20~k). With your DR, and all your healing/wards, you'll be very survivable none-the-less.

Wow. Thanks a hell lot for your input!
I have a question, considering the multiclass penalty and the +1 level adjustment, is it worth/playable to go with three base classes in this case?
Still, that build you just made seems great. I've never played an evil character before and that seems like an interesting challenge. I have never played an evil character before, mostly because NWN2's Good and Evil seem a bit too relative confusing to me. Anyway, I'm rambling. Once again, thank you for helping me out.

The xp penalty makes it a pain, but with persistent grinding, you'll level! Its just more painful.
Keep in mind, it effects RP xp, quest XP, and dm-granted XP as well as combat xp.

Hmmm... that's something to think about.
Thank you a lot for the help!
