Earth Genasi Bounty Hunter Help

Hello Everyone,
Need help choosing mechanically between to very different builds that fit the RP I desire. The RP is a former UD slave, turned bounty hunter. Here are the two builds, which do you believe would be better mechanically?

No comments, just a question. What is the caster level of a 27 Ranger / 3 Cavestalker?

I played a 27 ranger/3 cavestalker split for awhile on the surface. The AC was a bit on the low side but otherwise it played fine. I'm not sure how rangers are after the dispel fix though. I scrapped the build and rebuild the character because I detest using magic.

The ranger/cavestalker would be my choise. Since one builds has fast healing and the other does not, I assume it is something the build needs to have. Instead of getting high con and fast healing, a better approach would be to Raise STR/Lower CON for more damage and higher AB. Max the heal skill and use heal kits for healing
