Missing Languages

I am getting a lot of request to fix people's languages, so I am posting this here where it might get more attention. Currently there are issues with the language system. The system seems to count your known languages (IE Common and Elven for an elf) against your bonus languages. If a DM attempts to correct this in game, the DM will receive this message:
This is a known issue and is being worked on, but there is nothing that can be done about it IG. I apologize for any trouble that this is causing, but we have some awesome people working on fixing it.
