Questions about the new crafting system

I've been planning to make a wizard toon who'd be a "crafter of all sorts" -type of tinker fellow. When designing the character I realized that I have to decide which skills and feats would he be using when I ran into a dilemma. Currently (as far as I know at least), the system doesn't allow the use of any crafting skills, but I've heard of this major crafting update that might be coming up at some point in (near?) future.

Therefore I was wondering if it would be possible for the crafting system representative to give some early general guidelines about how the crafting system works exactly, more specifically:
1) Will you need skill points (in Craft Alchemy/Armor/Weapon) to craft things?
1.1) If yes, then what kind of DC's will there be for various craftable things (more specifically: Do you need epic 30+ skill points to craft some of the more epic goods?)
2) Are any of the crafting feats (mainly Craft Wondrous item), going to be used in the new crafting system?
3) Do you think there are going to be any completely new feats or for example the new custom lore skills involved in this process?
4) I've already seen spells that seem to relate to crafting/enchanting. Will you be needing very high (epic?) spell levels to enchant some of the more powerful stuff?

This will be really valuable information for anyone to design their characters to be compatible with the crafting system in advance (if possible). Of course RCR will always be an option to consider, but RCR'ing a fully developed wizard with hundreds of spells would be a major pain to recollect all the lost spells as the DMs probably won't refund such losses.

Thanks in advance for any answers and the work with the custom crafting system. I'm really looking forward to it!

Not sure if you've read this post :

But Maecius gave some good advice. I was planning to do the same but without a firm structure written in black and white in place, its hard to give advice on something that can potentially change in the future, meaning more RCRs and gold loss for spell relearning.
