Dragonslayer DR not stacking with Epic DR

I have Epic DR (6/-) and 10 levels of Dragonslayer and I only block 6 points of damage. This used to stack and it clearly states in the feat description of the Dragonslayer DR feat that it stacks.
Anyone know when this stopped working and if there is any likelihood it will be fixed in the very near future?

Dragonslayer DR does not stack with warlock dark premonition DR either so there is clearly something going on

It can't stack with it, because it has different type. Warlock premonition dr is silver. Dragonslayer dr is untyped.

The dragonslayer DR over writes it, known issue.

Warlock DR is cold iron. Dragonslayer is all DR. DR's of different types never stacked with eachother, (for example silver DR and Cold iron DR do not stack).

foresight DR is silver.

the DS DR breaks all other DR after you get the DR from DS if i remember right - any DR you had before DS should still work (like warlock class DR), yes its a bug, no idea if it can be fixed
someone else had the issue a long while back and im pretty sure he just ended up RCRing to get rid of something so it would work
