Issues with new Brew Potion script

I meant to post this in the bug report section but i couldn't seem to find a section in there involving custom content. . .

any way, I've been gone for a while and recently have jsut gotten back and I noticed that when you go to use the Brew Potion feat (As well as scribe scroll) it asks you what CL to craft said item in. However, while trying to craft a mage armor potion (a level 1 spell) I tried to set the CL to 1 and it said "Invalid casterlevel" And it seems to do this with a number of spells whose valid minimal caster level is less then what the script asks for.

My quest/suggestion is if we could rework this script alittle bit so that it detects what the actual minimal level for said spells is (for instance if the spell cast is a second level spell then minimal CL is 3 so if the player imputs a value less then 3 then it will create the item at CL 3 anyways). and then, if the caster level is lower then what it was set for the initial cost, refund x amount of money. This way when some one makes a potion of Protection from Energy (3rd level spell) and it costs them 2250 gold because it thinks the minimal CL is 15, and the player sets the CL to an appropriate value of say 5, it will refund the caster 1500 gold.
