Has anyone played with the inscribe rune ability for the hierophant prc?
Can the runes be given to others?
Can the runes spell level be modified as we can with scrolls?
Is the "modest" price actually considerably less?
Not concerned with power on this build, this is to help make a choice for flavor. Thanks!

I believe it should be identical to bloodmage scars, no?
So its personal only, can't sell them and the CL is whatever CL you've at the time of making them. The price is usually cheaper for scars than scrolls, and I think its the same for runes. Yet to fully test though.
