Death Attack

I am not completely sure if the Assassin's Death Attack is working properly or not, as it is the first time I am playing one. Death Attack is suposed to force to make a fortitude save each time a sneak attack and, if the mob fails it, becomes paralized (correct me if I am wrong here). But, for now, no enemy has become paralized in the time I have played with my char. Initially, I suposed this was due to his low level (currently 5 Ro / 4 Ass) but then I realized that not even the save roll appears on the combat window.

The mob has to be outside combat. Try it from Stealth, and you'll see.

Yeah, they have to be flat footed, i.e. in that slow walk around, smell the daisies mode, if they're running/alert to your presence then you can't DA

Those could be the reasons. I tried from stealth too, but the true is that I was in a group with more people all the time. So it is possible that the mobs were already in combat when Rabbit started backstabing them...

Thanks for the answers! :D
