Reili's Belt of Mischief as he calls it, lends its wearer supernatural glibness and allows them to perform spectacular combat manuevers without any previous training ! Lysanthir lets interested parties know that he has a small trove of items and gold that would make a red wyrm weep and that he's willing to trade for the belt.
